We support research carried out at UCL Respiratory, one of the world’s leading research centres for respiratory diseases. Breathing Matters is part of UCLH Charity (registered charity #1165398). Founded in 2011, we have elected to run our small charity on minimal overheads so that money raised can be focused on medical research. Breathing Matters funds research into Interstitial Lung Diseases such as Pulmonary Fibrosis, and Respiratory Infections such as Bronchiectasis and Pneumonia – all of these are currently under-funded in the UK.
