My research field is turbulence simulation and modeling, in particular, Large Eddy Simulation (LES). Areas of interests are computational fluid dynamics (CFD), high-speed turbulent mixing, combustion modeling, flow instability, transition and control of turbulent flows. My current research focuses on development of subgrid models for Large eddy simulation with focus on turbulent mixing and combustion. Also of interest are numerical grid generation, scientific computing, large scale computations, parallel code development.
