[Erin K. Murphy Erin Murphy holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison in Flute Performance with a music theory minor. Erin
currently plays flute with the Mode ensemble in Chicago. She has appeared
in masterclasses by William Bennett, Paul Edmund-Davies, Emily Beynon,
Linda Chesis, Brad Garner, and Göran Marcusson, among others. Erin is
presently the adjunct flute instructor at Maranatha College in Watertown,
Wisconsin, and has served on the board of the Chicago Flute Club for six
years. She has over ten years of teaching experience, and enjoys
collaborating with other musicians in unique performance and recording
projects.]
