[DCI Enviromental Prudently managing a manufacture gas plant (MGP) and or other contaminated sites is challenging given, the host of Contaminates of Concerns (COCs) in which are typically encountered. COCs such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Semi Volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs), and inorganic provide their challenges when performing a Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS). Particularly, when a large portion of the site (10% to 35%) can contain 5% to 51% of total VOCs and SVOCs of mass media. Fiscal prudence depends of reaction to new finds of contamination, further identifying the specifics of the finds, minimizing timeline set backs, developing expedient coarse of actions including, fiscal and risk prudence considerations and actions. DCI can address the ownership history, the Federal and State regulatory evolution, the public involvement including active CAG groups, if applicable, including municipality challenges, the remedial investigation, the remedial selection, and the on-site management decision-making histories of the site. Minimizing the Remedial design challenges and field changes, based upon unknown encounters will be keys to success of spending requirements. In conclusion, the TEAM of responsible parties (RP), it?s Engineering firm and the Remediation Contractor working together with a common goal (an end point to the project, i.e., closure sooner rather than later) can and will demonstrate PRUDENCE. ]
