Go Fresh’s menu begins with a Mediterranean & Middle Eastern focus, but also has several American and Mexican dishes as well. We make everything fresh from A to Z! Roll ups, crepes, fattoush salad, smoothies, protein shakes, frozen yogurt, gelato, fallafels, burritos, tacos, and pizzas are all made fresh to order.
In 2009, when Go Fresh Deli was first opened, it was a small dessert shop on the corner of North Street and Route 109, selling smoothies, gelato, pastries, and cheese. In our new location just a couple of store fronts up North Street, the desserts remain, but they now share counter-space with dozens of varieties of Mediterranean specialty foods, and an assortment of wraps and meals to go.
Open seven days a week, we prepare most dishes on location, but we also share the kitchen of a local catering company for the more complicated recipes like baklava; a syrupy, flaky, almond pastry. Most of our ingredients are purchased wholesale, with the exception of the meat, which we buy from a halal market which we use for shawarma and kabobs.
