Die altpaläolithischen Fundplätze Battenberg, Schmittshausen, Blieskastel
Der altsteinzeitliche Fundplatz Battenberg (Pfalz) wurde 2005 wissenschaftlich erschlossen. Die bis dahin gemachten Funde von Sammlern wurden ohne fundierte Beurteilung als mittelpaläolithisch angesehen. Durch die Untersuchung von weit über 1 500 Artefakten aus Quarzitsandstein konnten die Steinwerkzeuge aber eindeutig als Ergebnisse der altpaläolithischen Abschlagindustrie eingestuft werden. Das Problem lag in der Bestimmung von Oberflächenfunden, weil ihnen die stratigraphische Bestimmung fehlt und sie daher von Archäologen meist nicht beachtet werden. Der typologische Vergleich mit den ebenfalls aus Quarzitsandstein bestehenden Artefakten von Reutersruh (Oberhessen), zeigte eine Deckungsgleichheit in Abschlagtechnik und Formenreichtum. Damit sind die Funde gleich alt und der Fundplatz Battenberg kann ebenfalls auf 600 000 bis 800 000 Jahre eingestuft werden. Er ist damit nicht nur der größte altpaläolithische Fundplatz in der Pfalz, sondern auch in Süddeutschland.
Auf Grund der gemachten Erfahrung mit der Bestimmung von Oberflächenfunden von Battenberg (Pfalz) konnte auch die Steinzeitsammlung von Albert Westrich aus Schmittshausen (Pfalz) bestimmt werden, die er vorwiegend auf vier Fundplätzen um Schmittshausen gemacht hat. Auch hier handelt es sich um eine altpaläolithische Abschlagindustrie, die aber im Gegensatz zu Battenberg die hier zu Tage tretende härtere Grauwacke verwendete, obwohl der Quarzitsandstein zahlreich vorhanden ist. Einige Stücke zeigen Schleif-, Reib- oder Glättspuren, für deren Entstehung bisher noch keine Erklärung gefunden wurde. Auch dieser pfälzische Fundplatz ist mit Battenberg gleichalt. A CMR biztosítási szerződés A CMR biztosítása minden olyan biztosítási szerződést lefed, amely a fuvarozót védi azon esetekben, amikor közúti baleset során az áru megsérül, meghibásodik, és ez a baleset a fuvarozó sofőr hibáján kívül történt (a sofőr nem szándékosan okozta a balesetet). A szerződés azokra az esetekre is kiterjed, amikor az áru feladója, valamint az áru átvevője két különböző országban található, és közülük legalább az egyik ország szerződésben áll a CMR Egyezménnyel. A CMR Egyezménnyel szerződésben áll az Európai Unió valamennyi tagállama, valamint Nagy-Britannia, Írország és Törökország egész területe is. Azzal azonban mindenképpen tisztában kell lennünk, hogy a CMR biztosítás csak és kizárólag a szerződést megkötő fuvarozó vállalkozóra, a szerződésben megjelölt gépjárműre és az ezen gépjármű által vontatott rakományra érvényes, tehát a szerződést megkötő vállalkozó alvállalkozói nincsenek biztosítva automatikusan. Természetesen – mint minden biztosítónál – külön záradékban a CMR-nél is kiterjeszthető élő állatok, hűtött árucikkek, elektronikai termékek mellett az alvállalkozók biztosítására is, ezen kívül az ENSZ és a FÁK közigazgatási területére eső fuvarozásokra is. A biztosítási díjat a biztosított minden évben egy összegben köteles kifizetni. A CMR fedezete Mindazok, akik CMR biztosítást kötnek, védelmet élveznek a fuvarozásra váró áru átvételétől egészen a célba érkezés és a lerakodás végéig tartó intervallumban.
